Angul, Sep 14: The long-awaited queue-based darshan system, known as ‘Dhadi Darshan,’ is set to be introduced at the Puri Srimandir within the next seven days, following the relocation of the temple’s hundi (donation box).
This update was shared by Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan on Sunday during his visit to Angul.
According to the Minister, the process of shifting the hundi has already begun after obtaining all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities. He confirmed that the Dhadi Darshan system will be implemented within a week of the completion of the hundi relocation.
“The relocation of the hundi has already started, and the requisite permissions have been secured. The Dhadi Darshan system will be implemented within seven days of the donation box being fully shifted,” Harichandan said.
He further assured devotees that the introduction of the new system will provide a more orderly, secure, and comfortable darshan experience for all.
The Dhadi Darshan system is designed to streamline the movement of devotees by allowing them to queue in an organised manner.
