New Delhi, Sept 17: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his 76th birthday today, September 17. The occasion is being marked across the country with various programmes, including the lighting of “Ashirwad” lamps.
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Modi through a social media post.

In his message, Majhi described Modi as a visionary of a developed India, an inspirational leader and a symbol of the self-respect of millions of Indians. He said the Prime Minister’s transformative vision and unwavering affection for Odisha continue to inspire efforts towards building a strong, self-reliant and prosperous state.
The Chief Minister also said that Modi’s life dedicated to public service would continue to inspire people to work towards public welfare and serve the nation with commitment.
Majhi prayed to Lord Jagannath to bless Prime Minister Modi with a long and healthy life and grant him immense strength to continue serving the nation.
