​​​​​​​Raipur, January 9:Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka officially launched the country's first five-day National Rover-Ranger Jamboree in Balod district on Friday, highlighting its importance as a platform for cultural exchange, youth leadership, and national integration.

In his inaugural speech, Deka emphasized that such events promote cultural understanding and foster social harmony. He expressed pride in Chhattisgarh's role as the host of this prestigious national-level jamboree.

"The Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) jamboree marks a historic milestone, uniting youth from diverse regions, languages, and cultures. Together, they will advance under the theme 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat, Yuva Bharat,'" he stated.
