
New Delhi, September 20: The Central Government has introduced a dedicated section on the National Consumer Helpline's INGRAM portal to facilitate the registration of complaints concerning revised GST rates and their resolution.
The GST Council has announced a reduction in tax rates for various goods and services, effective from September 22.
In an official statement released on Saturday, the Department of Consumer Affairs highlighted the integration of the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with the 'Next-Gen GST Reforms 2025,' a measure approved during the 56th GST Council meeting.
