Bengaluru, April 30: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan expressed confidence on Thursday that the BJP will retain power in Assam, while anticipating a change of government in West Bengal, driven by the continued trust of the people in Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the party's leadership.
Pradhan further highlighted that the NDA is poised for a comeback in Puducherry, and emphasized that the BJP-led alliance will make a strong showing in both Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
The vote counting for all five Assembly elections—West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Assam—will take place on May 4.
