Bhubaneswar: The ‘Main Hargeez Jhukega Nahi …’ superstar Allu Arjun emerged as the new Bahubali iof Indian Cinema, after his ‘Wildfire’ Pushpa 2 The Rule get past Prabhas starred Bahubali 2 The Conclusion’s box office record.

SS Rajamouli helmed Bahubali 2 had a worldwide life time earning of Rs 1815 cr. On Sunday, Pushpa 2 The Rule zoomed past the box office record of  Rajamouli’s film with the gross collection touching Rs 1831cr.

Post surpassing the BO record of Bahubali 2, Pushpa 2 The Rule emerged as the Industry hit, not mere All Time Blockbuster.   

It took 7 Years for a film to cross the India Gross numbers of Baahubali 2, though in footfalls it is still behind Bahubali 2

As per senior film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Pushpa 2 The Rule may earn a life time of Rs 825 cr in Hindi.

The senior trade pundit writes, “Having surpassed the Rs 800 cr mark on [fifth] Friday [Day 30], Pushpa 2 is now eyeing a *lifetime biz* of Rs 825  cr+... This record-setting milestone is likely to remain unchallenged for some time.”

Allu Arjun starred Pushpa 2 in Week 4 had a net collection of Rs 69.65 across all versions. The Hindi net was Rs 53.75.

The film is in its 5^th week. In the last 3-days had a net collection of Rs 17cr.

HINDI BELT BEHIND PUSHPA 2’S BIG SUCCESS

A glance at the net collection of Pushpa 2 The Rule released by Sacnik shows the following.

• Total net collection – Rs 1206.2 cr 
• Hindi net – Rs 791.3cr.
• The above trade figures shows Allu Arjun has been a big hit in Hindi belt as the film has collected nearly 65% of it’s net collection from its Hindi version.
