Odisha residents will experience cooler nights and isolated rainfall soon
Citizens across Odisha will experience noticeably cooler nights as local weather patterns shift over the upcoming days. Night temperatures are projected to fall by two to four degrees Celsius during the next three to four days. Forecast models indicate no large change in these minimum temperatures following this initial drop across the state. Historically, November marks the transition into winter for the region, bringing gradual cooling and morning mist. Specific southern regions face slightly different atmospheric conditions. Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, and Ganjam districts are likely to receive isolated rainfall up to the morning of November 8, 2026. Weather professionals predict entirely dry conditions for the remaining districts of Odisha during this same period.
