Aska, June 18:  A shocking incident has come to light in Mundamarai village under Dharakot police station limits after a woman brutally murdered her husband over a family dispute.

The deceased has been identified as Amar Nayak.

After committing the murder, the wife allegedly tried to make it appear as a suicide.

Being informed, Dharakot police reached the crime scene and have started an investigation into the matter. The body has been seized and sent to Aska Medical for post-mortem examination.

The wife is currently in police custody and is being interrogated.
