
Bhubaneswar, July 29: In a massive crackdown on alleged disproportionate assets, the Odisha Vigilance department has uncovered a staggering portfolio of high-value properties, flats, commercial spaces, and land parcels during ongoing searches linked to Raja Kishore Jena, Assistant Engineer (AE), Roads & Buildings Division-III, Bhubaneswar.
The raids, which are still underway, have so far revealed a multi-storeyed building, two high-end flats, and two commercial outlets situated in prominent locations such as Galleria Mall and Symphony Mall in Bhubaneswar.

The Vigilance team has also come across multiple bank deposits and financial instruments. The valuation and authenticity of these assets are currently being verified by the Technical Wing.
Sources in the Vigilance Directorate confirmed that the searches are ongoing, and further revelations regarding movable and immovable assets are likely in the coming days. Valuation exercises and forensic accounting are being undertaken to assess the total worth of the unearthed properties and compare it with the legal income sources of Sri Jena and his family.
This operation is part of a broader crackdown on corruption and accumulation of disproportionate assets by public servants in Odisha.
