Sundargarh, June 2: In a tragic mishap, at least two youths were killed after a speeding vehicle hit their bike in Talsara locality of Odisha's Sundargarh district late last night.

The deceased has been identified as Avinash Pradhan and Biranchi Pradhan, residents of Malidihi village.
As per reports, the mishap took place near 23-mile road Balisankara within Talsara police limits when the duo was riding the bike when a speeding vehicle hit them and fled from the spot.
Some locals spotted the youths lying in a pool of blood and jumped to their rescue.
They alerted the police who immediately arrived at the spot and seized the bodies before sending them for post-mortem.
A case has been registered and further investigation into the matter is underway, said the police.
