Mumbai, April 3: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is back in the spotlight as the teaser of his upcoming film Aakhri Sawal has been released. The film, based on the 100-year journey of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, is now scheduled to hit theatres on May 8, 2026, earlier than its initial release date of May 15.
Directed by Abhijit Mohan, the film features Sanjay Dutt in the lead role as a professor and also marks his role as co-producer alongside Nikhil Nanda. The teaser hints at a courtroom drama exploring key questions around the RSS, with references to historical events including the Babri Masjid demolition.
Apart from this, Sanjay Dutt continues his strong run at the box office and will next be seen in Raja Shivaji, where he reprises a negative role.
