Puri, July 22: Getting no such substantial clues yet about the accused who charred the Puri minor girl dousing kerosene oil on her, the Puri Police is going to record the declaration of the burn victim in AIIMS Delhi.
A team of Odisha Police will visit AIIMS, New Delhi, where the girl is currently undergoing treatment in a critical condition.
According to sources, a joint team of the Puri Police and Odisha Crime Branch, has been assigned to record the victim girl’s statement that will leave for New Delhi as soon as possible because the victim’s condition is reportedly deteriorating.
Worth mentioning, statement of a victim (dying declaration) is a significant part of crime investigation and it bocmes crucial in reaching out the accused persons.
