Washington, June 22: President of the United States (POTUS) Donald Trump on Sunday said that the USA has completed successful attacks on three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan.

All aircraft have now exited Iranian airspace. A full payload was delivered to the primary target, Fordow. The mission was executed successfully, and all planes are returning safely, said Trump commending the bravery of American security forces.

"We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE! Thank you for your attention to this matter," Trump said on the social platform Truth Social.

"This is an HISTORIC MOMENT FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ISRAEL, AND THE WORLD. IRAN MUST NOW AGREE TO END THIS WAR. THANK YOU!" he added.

He also announced that he would address the nation at 10:00 p.m. from the White House to discuss what he called a highly successful military operation in Iran.

Earlier on Friday, Trump told reporters that he had given Iran a maximum of two weeks to return to the negotiating table regarding its nuclear program, according to Xinhua News Agency.

Notably, last week, Israel launched a series of airstrikes targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities and high-ranking Iranian officials, resulting in the destruction of multiple infrastructures and the deaths of numerous military commanders and nuclear scientists.

In retaliation, Iran has conducted missile and drone strikes on several locations across Israel.
