Cuttack, May 24: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, has officially launched the admission process for Plus Two courses across the state. Students can submit their applications online through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal at www.samsodisha.gov.in from May 24 to June 30.
The admission process covers more than 1,600 higher secondary institutions, including government, self-financing, and vocational colleges. Applicants must complete the Common Application Form (CAF) online, as offline submissions will not be accepted.
The first merit list is expected to be released on July 7, with selected students required to complete their admission between July 8 and July 14. Classroom teaching for the first-year Plus Two students is scheduled to begin on July 24.
Students are advised to thoroughly read the instructions provided with the CAF before submitting their applications. The Directorate has urged all applicants to adhere strictly to the guidelines and submit their forms within the deadline to avoid disqualification.
