Bhubaneswar, Sept 14: OMFED is likely to launch packaged drinking water and ice cream in multiple flavours soon, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Minister Gokulananda Mallik said.
According to the minister, discussions are currently underway with the OMFED board regarding the proposed products. The packaged water and ice cream will be launched in the market after receiving approval from the board.
The minister also spoke about the quality of OMFED milk amid recent reports of adulteration involving milk, chhena and paneer across the state.
