It is worth mentioning that ‘Jan Aushadhi Diwas’ is observed on March 7 to spread awareness about the Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Pariyojana and encourage the use of high-quality generic medicines.
The initiative aims to make affordable healthcare accessible through Jan Aushadhi Kendras, which have been established across various districts and states in the country.
