Bhubaneswar, May 24: Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi on Sunday visited the Trimetro Garments (EPIC Group) facility in Khordha.

Interacting with the management and workforce, CM Majhi assured full government support for operations and future expansion, reaffirming Odisha’s commitment to fostering globally competitive manufacturing and employment-led growth.

Established with an investment of ₹376 Cr, the Hong Kong-headquartered apparel manufacturer’s first India unit has an employment potential of over 7,000 people.

Exporting garments to Europe and Japan, the facility strengthens Odisha’s integration with global apparel value chains. The project progressed from groundbreaking in April 2025 to inauguration in under a year, reflecting the State’s execution-driven industrial ecosystem.
