Odisha CM Majhi seeks Singapore collaboration in petrochemicals, infrastructure

Bhubaneswar, November 18: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, on the second day of his Singapore visit, met with Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong to discuss potential collaborations in sectors such as petrochemicals, infrastructure, and logistics, officials confirmed.

CM Majhi highlighted Odisha's rich maritime heritage during the meeting and emphasized the state's historical ties to Southeast Asia. Inviting Singaporean businesses to invest in Odisha, he assured them of a seamless and supportive experience facilitated by his administration.

This four-day visit, which began on Sunday, aims to foster global partnerships to boost Odisha's economic and industrial development, sources said.
