Kolkata/Bhubaneswar, September 28: The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), the Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Mines, on Monday paid a dividend of Rs 2,112.12 crore (230% on Equity share of Rs 5/- each) for FY 2025-26, including the Government of India’s share of Rs 1,083.06 crore - the highest‑ever dividend paid by the company.
The dividend cheque of Rs 1,083.06 crore was handed over to Union Coal & Mines Minister G. Kishan Reddy in the presence of Ministry Secretary Keshav Chandra, NALCO CMD Brijendra Pratap Singh, during the Investor Roadshow on AngulAluminium Park held in Kolkata today.
Jagdish Arora, Director (P&T), Abhaya Kumar Behuria, Director (Finance), and other senior officials from NALCO and the Ministry of Mines were present on the occasion.
It may be mentioned that NALCO has reported a robust performance in FY 2025-26 with a Profit After Tax of Rs 5,815.76 crore. The Company declared and paid a total dividend of Rs 2,112.12 crore during the year, including three interim dividends and a final dividend, out of which Rs 1,083.06 crore was paid to the Government of India.
