Mumbai, Aug 24: Mahakali has unveiled its first extended glimpse, titled “Shukracharya’s War Cry,” offering audiences a closer look at the highly anticipated mythological epic. The nearly three-minute teaser puts Akshaye Khanna at the centre of the story as Shukracharya, the powerful guru of the Asuras.

Akshaye Khanna appears almost unrecognisable in the role, sporting a long silver-white beard, matted hair tied in a topknot, traditional tilak markings and an intense expression. His commanding screen presence is one of the biggest highlights of the glimpse.

The teaser also introduces a striking portrayal of Goddess Kali and sets up an impending confrontation between Dharma and Adharma. Shukracharya appears determined to challenge the existing order, arguing that the Asuras have been oppressed and wronged.

Rather than portraying Shukracharya as a conventional villain, the glimpse hints at a character driven by a strong ideology and a belief in justice for the Asuras. His powerful declarations suggest that a massive conflict between the opposing forces is about to unfold.
