Chennai, Ap 23: Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun, riding high on the blockbuster success of Pushpa 2, is set to move into a lavish new residence in Hyderabad's upscale Jubilee Hills neighborhood. He will be joined by his wife Sneha Reddy, their children Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha, and other family members.

The sprawling property covers approximately 4,000 square yards and is estimated to be worth ₹100 crore. The actor is also expected to host a grand housewarming ceremony later this year.

In the meantime, reports suggest that Allu Arjun has rented a ₹16 lakh apartment on Juhu Tara Road in Mumbai, temporarily relocating for his pan-India projects.

On the professional front, Allu Arjun is gearing up to headline the eagerly awaited drama Raaka, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Atlee. The film marks his first on-screen collaboration with Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone. The project, previously referred to as "#AA22xA6," was officially renamed Raaka on Arjun’s 44th birthday.

The first look from the movie revealed an intense close-up of a bald Arjun with a wolf-like claw partially covering his rugged face, his eyes fixed with predatory intensity. The makers teased fans, saying, “#AA22xA6 is now #Raaka. Prepare yourself for a vision beyond limits @alluarjunonline @atlee47 @deepikapadukone.”

Beyond Raaka, Allu Arjun has an exciting slate of projects ahead. He is collaborating with acclaimed director Lokesh Kanagaraj on a highly anticipated film currently titled AA23, produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

Additionally, he will reprise his role as Pushpa Raj in the third installment of the popular Pushpa franchise, alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil.
