Odisha Minister of State for Higher Education, Sports & Youth Services and, Odia Language,literature & Culture, Suryabanshi Suraj on Saturday visited flood hit areas in Bhadrak. While he was taking stock of the flood situations in the Dhamnagar block he reviewed the relief & rescue operations, taken up by the Bhadrak District Admin. Meanwhile, the youth minister demonstrated a ‘Mobile Water Purifier’ that was put in place at a rehabilitation camp that converts flood water into potable.

Bhdarak, August 2: Odisha Minister of State for Higher Education, Sports & Youth Services and, Odia Language,literature & Culture, Suryabanshi Suraj on Saturday visited flood hit areas in Bhadrak.

While he was taking stock of the flood situations in the Dhamnagar block he reviewed the relief & rescue operations, taken up by the Bhadrak District Admin. Meanwhile, the youth minister demonstrated a ‘Mobile Water Purifier’ that was put in place at a rehabilitation camp that converts flood water into potable.

Expressing concern over the, devastating flood, especially the vulnerable mud-clotted potable water, the minister warned the locals to drink the pure & RO treated water from the “Mobile Water Purifier”, installed onsite.

During his long-time interaction with the distressed people, the minister ensured of all timely assistance and emergency services at need.
