New Delhi, July 17: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached 43 immovable properties valued at ₹37.64 crore in connection with an ongoing investigation involving Robert Vadra, businessman and husband of Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
The properties are linked to Vadra and his companies, including Sky Light Hospitality Pvt Ltd, officials familiar with the matter told ANI.
The attachment order was issued on July 16, 2025, as part of a probe stemming from an FIR filed by Gurugram Police on September 1, 2018. The case concerns the alleged fraudulent purchase of 3.53 acres of land in Shikohpur village, Sector 83, Gurugram, by Vadra's firm from Onkareshwar Properties Pvt Ltd on February 12, 2008.
Investigators claim the land was acquired through false declarations, and that a commercial license was later secured using Vadra’s personal influence.
In a related move, the ED on Thursday filed a Prosecution Complaint (chargesheet) before the Rouse Avenue Court in New Delhi against 11 individuals and entities. Those named include Robert Vadra, Sky Light Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Satyanand Yajee, Kewal Singh Virk, and Onkareshwar Properties Pvt Ltd, among others.
Officials noted that the court has yet to take cognisance of the chargesheet.
