Dubai roadshow: CM Majhi invites UAE investors to partner in Odisha’s growth

Dubai/Bhubaneswar, Sep 11: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi invited UAE investors to partner in the next phase of Odisha’s industrial development.

Around 400 business leaders, investors and representatives of the UAE business community participated in the Odisha Investment Summit–UAE 2026 held in Dubai.

The Chief Minister showcased Odisha’s natural resources, competitive advantages, ports, industrial infrastructure, skilled human resources and investor-friendly ecosystem before the investors.

Discussions were held on investment opportunities across sectors such as LNG storage, green energy, artificial intelligence data centres, rare earths, ship repair, propellant manufacturing, fertilisers and chemicals, housing, steel and downstream industries.

Industries Minister Sampad Chandra Swain highlighted the government’s “Speed, Certainty and Execution” approach and assured investors of government support at every stage of project development.

Senior government officials, Indian diplomatic representatives and leading UAE industrialists were present at the event.

The government expects that Dubai Roadshow will further strengthen Odisha–UAE economic ties and create new opportunities for capital, technology, industrial development and employment generation in the state.
