Bolangir, Ap 17: In response to the ongoing heatwave and soaring temperatures, the district administration in Bolangir has announced the closure of all educational institutions from April 18 to April 21.

The decision, made by the District Collector, comes after a significant rise in daytime temperatures, posing safety risks for students attending classes. Authorities emphasized that the move is aimed at protecting students from the harmful effects of extreme heat.

According to the official announcement, all schools, colleges, and other educational institutions across the district will remain closed during this period. The administration has also stated that any extension of the closure will be considered after monitoring the weather conditions in the coming days.
