Puri, May 19: The sacred Bhaunri Yatra will witness the traditional ceremony of fixing wheels to the chariot axles on Puri’s Bada Danda today.

 The ritual will commence following the arrival of the ‘Agyan Mala’ by the Pujapandas, marking the ceremonial green signal for the proceedings.

In view of the large number of devotees and visitors expected to gather, Puri Police has issued a detailed traffic advisory. The advisory includes instructions regarding vehicle movement, designated parking areas, and ‘no vehicle zones’ to ensure smooth conduct of the festival and public safety.
