Nilagiri, Ap 16: Three teachers were left in critical condition after a sudden bee attack at Saraswati Sishu Mandir in Nilagiri, Balasore district, on Thursday morning.

The victims have been identified as Guruji Krushna Chandra Hota, Gurumaa Prabha Manjari Nayak, and Diptimayee Prusty. Reports state that hundreds of bees swarmed Guruji Hota while he was opening the school gate, forcing him to flee.

Two female teachers, who were arriving at the school at the same time, were also stung in the attack.

All three victims were rushed to Nilagiri Hospital, where they are receiving critical care. Authorities have closed the school for the day to ensure the safety of students.
