Upon arriving near the Singhadwara Police Station, Akash was warmly received by officials from the temple administration and police. He was then escorted into the temple by his designated servitor (Koulika Panda), Jagannath Kar.

Accompanied by tight security, Akash entered the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, where he offered prayers to Lord Jagannath along with his divine siblings, Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra.

His visit coincided with the observance of the Banakalagi Niti, a special ritual where the face of Lord Jagannath is adorned with sacred cosmetics. During the evening Sandhya Dhoopa ritual, Akash had the opportunity to witness the beautifully decorated deity. He spent approximately 30 minutes inside the temple, dedicating around 15 minutes in silent devotion before the Lord.

Before departing, the temple administration honored him with a Khondua, a traditional silk cloth symbolizing Lord Jagannath’s blessings. His servitor also gifted him a miniature idol of the Lord and another Khondua as sacred mementos.

As a mark of respect, Akash touched the feet of his servitor before leaving the temple. He then exited the premises under tight security arrangements.
