This remarkable achievement marks a proud milestone for our state and reflects Odisha’s continued commitment to excellence and inclusive growth in Para Sports.

The 3rd National Technical Officials Program, jointly organized by World Para Athletics and the Paralympic Committee of India, was conducted from May 2 to 4, 2025, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from across the country. Odisha was represented by 13 highly dedicated officials.

The successful officials from Odisha are:

Shobharani Dora, Patrpushpa Mohanty (Lecturer, GCP), Pooja Behera (Junior Sports Coach), Gopal Soni, Debasish Das, Bikash Swain, Lakshmidhar Mohanty (Sports Teacher), Lipsa Mishra, Malabika Mishra, Ronali Sahu, Bishnupriya Sahu, Priyaranjan Nayak, and Debamruta Sahoo.

To promote and strengthen Para Sports at the grassroots level in Odisha,  Kamalakanta Ratha, President of the Para Sports Association of Odisha, and Sunil Pradhan, Secretary, extended their heartiest congratulations and best wishes to all the successful candidates.
