The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences released the shortlists for 12 different categories this Tuesday. Out of numerous entries from across the globe, Homebound has been selected as one of the top 15 contenders. The competition is fierce, with the Indian drama standing alongside strong international entries from countries like Argentina, France, Japan, and South Korea. The final five nominations will be revealed on January 22, which will determine if the film heads to the main ceremony.
A Story of Friendship and Struggle

The narrative is a gripping emotional drama centered on two childhood friends, Shoaib and Chandan, portrayed by Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa.
