Nuapada, May 13: People in Pandari village of Odisha’s Nuapada district are terrified these days due to tiger fury. Especially, people in the Pandari village of Nuapada forest range and adjacent area are frightened after a tiger was cited recently here.
Sources said, the villagers in Pandari village are terrified as the tiger has so far haunted a cow. The villagers have informed that a tiger entered the village from the nearby forest and killed a cow.
Gripped with fear, the villagers are not coming out of their houses while they are closing gates of the houses by evening everyday.
A team of the forest department has yet to be reached the village, said villagers.
