Balugaon, Jul 29: Subrajit Panda, a local artisan, has been making waves with his exceptional craftsmanship, creating the crown and jewelry of Goddess Bhalkuni from rice grains. His work has recently gained significant attention, sparking discussions in the region.
Subrajit, known for his intricate artwork, had previously earned a place in the International World Record for his unique creations.
Subrajit Panda, who resides in Ward No. 55, Khanneipur village, has crafted the crown of Goddess Bhalkuni Thakurani using rice grains, with over 5,000 grains used in the design. He meticulously arranged the grains on velvet paper, adding a mirror embellishment in the center to make the crown visually striking. Subrajit is known for his unique art pieces, having previously created similar items, such as a detailed Shree Jagannath idol in 2022, which earned a spot in the International World Record.
This new creation has now become the topic of conversation in the local area, as the intricate design has captured the attention of the community.
