Bhubaneswar, Oct 29: A short circuit triggered a minor fire incident at the Loka Seva Bhavan in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.
Upon getting the information, fire fighters rushed to the scene and quickly doused the flames.
However, no casualty or damage to property was reported in the incident.
