Delhi, June 18:Solutions to problems come through dialogue & democracy not from landing on battlefield, said Prime Minister Modi referring the West Asia war.
Modi on Wednesday said it in Croatia amidst the confrontation between Israel & Iran.
Modi said, India and Croatia have agreed that whether it is Europe or Asia, solutions to problems cannot come from battlefields, asserting that dialogue and diplomacy is the only way ahead.
Addressing a joint press conference here Modi said a plan would be made to boost defence cooperation between the two countries.
“We have decided to give a "three-time" pace to the bilateral ties”, Modi added.
Underlining terrorism as a prime crusade against humanism Modi said, "We agree that terrorism is an enemy of the world. It is inimical to forces that believe in democracy. Every problem can be resolved through amicable talks and positive dialogues.
Earlier, PM Modi was accorded a ceremonial welcome on his arrival for the talks.
