Mumbai, Nov 12: Shaktimaan, the beloved superhero of the 90s, is making a triumphant return, much to the delight of fans. Actor Mukesh Khanna, who originally portrayed the iconic character, shared an exciting teaser on his YouTube channel, Bheeshma International, with the announcement: “It’s Time For HIM to RETURN.”

In the teaser, Shaktimaan is seen soaring into a school, where he pays homage to legendary freedom fighters such as Bhagat Singh and Subhash Chandra Bose. Khanna describes the revamped Shaktimaan as a “Super Teacher-Super Hero,” emphasizing that he comes with a meaningful message for today’s youth.

The original series aired on Doordarshan starting in 1997 and captivated audiences with over 450 episodes. In response to the teaser, fans have flooded the comments section with nostalgic memories and enthusiasm. One user expressed, “Waiting sir... our first superhero,” reflecting the widespread excitement for the return of this cherished character.
