Discussions are expected to focus on the smooth conduct of temple rituals, orderly darshan for devotees, timely pulling of the chariots, crowd management, traffic regulation and other logistical arrangements.
The preparations for the upcoming Snana Yatra, scheduled for June 29, will also come up for review. Officials will assess the arrangements made for the ceremonial bathing festival and address any pending issues.
The administration is anticipating a footfall of more than 20 lakh devotees during this year's Rath Yatra.
