Bhubaneswar, Oct 22: Retired IPS officer Lalit Das has been appointed as the Chairman of the Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC).

1992-batch Odisha cadre IPS officer served as Chief of Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC) of the state police.

The state government also appointed retired IAS officer Uddhaba Chandra Majhi and former OAS officer Saroj Kumar Mishra as Members of the OSSSC.
