Bhubaneswar, July 6 : The Ratha Jatra Special Vegetarian Spread at Nimantran Bhubaneswar sounds like a treat for the taste buds.
The vegetarian platter will be exclusively served from 7th to 15th July 2024 at Nimantran Bhubaneswar.
It draws inspiration from the festive spirit of Ratha Jatra, a significant celebration in Odisha.
The menu isn’t fixed; instead, every day during the festive period, Nimantran will serve a variety of authentic Odia Sattvik Cuisine dishes. Patrons can enjoy as much as they desire per sitting.
The platter includes authentic Odia dishes such as steamed rice, kanika, dalma, poori, besara, saga, pachedi, and delightful sweet treats like Khasta Mitha, Chenna Mitha, khiri, and dahi torani as a refreshing beverage.
During this period, Nimantran won’t serve any non-vegetarian or à la carte menu dishes.
The inaugural ceremony had media persons and social media influencers participating, ensuring a refined taste experience for visitors.
General Manager OTDC Dr. Lalatendu Sahoo, Executive Chef Nimantran Shri Sanjoy Sarkar, and other officials from the Department of Tourism & OTDC graced the inauguration.
