In a witty remark, Naidu pointed out the irony of Indians turning to AI for a garment deeply rooted in their own culture. “Tum log India mein ho. America mein nahi ho. India! Land of the saree. Tumhare kapaat mein at least 15 saree hai. Itna lazy ho gaye tum… AI ko generate karne ko bola jo kapda tumhare kapaat mein hai,” he said, drawing laughter online.
His comment served as a playful reminder that when it comes to tradition, sometimes it’s more authentic to drape a saree from your own wardrobe rather than relying on digital makeovers.
