Puri, July 27: The public darshan of holy trinity – Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra at Puri Srimandir will be restricted for four hours on Monday (July 28) for ‘Khasapada Lagi Niti’ rituals.
According to the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), the Khasapada Niti of holy trinity will be performed on the fourth day of Shukla Paksha in the month of Shravan (July 27) from 6 PM to 10 PM.
During this time, darshan of the deities inside the temple will be restricted. The ritual will be performed after the second bhoga (food offering) is made at the Bhoga Mandap.
Darshan will start again after the Khasapada Niti is over, and devotees will be allowed to have darshan at night.
