Bhubaneswar, November 2:Public darshan at Puri Srimandir will remain closed from 4 pm to 7 pm on Monday to facilitate the performance of Diba Pahuda Niti, the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) said.
The ritual will be performed after the second Bhoga Mandap Niti. Although Diba Pahuda Niti is a daily ritual during the holy month of Kartika, it could not be conducted regularly this year due to heavy pilgrim footfall and multiple rituals.
The SJTA has appealed to devotees to cooperate during the temporary suspension of darshan.
