Puri, May 17: A meeting of the Srimandir management committee is scheduled to take place today at 11 AM, where the final policies for the upcoming Rath Yatra and Snana Yatra will be formulated.
The meeting, which will be chaired by Collector Siddharth Shankar Swain, will focus on streamlining the Snana Purnima ritual of Lord Jagannath. Discussions will include ensuring that devotees have a clear view of the deities, particularly during the Hatibesa at the bathing mandap.
In addition to the Rath Yatra and Snana Purnima rituals, the meeting will also cover other related arrangements.
