Bhubaneswar, Aug 2: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Saturday mourned the death of Puri burn victim, who breathed her last during treatment in AIIMS Delhi this afternoon.
On being informed of the tragic incident, Majhi expressed grief over the loss of the minor girl despite adequate care.
Taking to X, the CM wrote, “I am deeply shocked to hear the loss of life of the minor girl despite the sincere efforts of the Delhi AIIMS doctors”.
“I pray for the eternal peace of the girl's departed soul and pray God to provide strength and patience to her bereaved family to bear the unprecedented shock and irreparable loss, the family incurred”, the post added.
Deputy CM, Pravati Parida also expressed grief over the death of the Balanga girl.
Taking to X the Dy. CM wrote, “May the departed soul nest in the heaven. I express my heartfelt condolences to her family in this tragic situation.
