Phulbani, May 28: At least three persons were reportedly killed and scores of passengers became critical as a private bus upturned near Phiringia area in Odisha’s Kandhamal on Tuesday.
According reports, the bus with full capacity left Muniguda for Phubani in the morning. Meanwhile, the vehicle upturned all of a sudden at the Kaliasahi village under the Phiringia police limit in the evening as the driver lost control over the wheels.
Being informed fire services team and police rushed to the spot and initiated a rescue operation.
The critical ones were escorted to the hospital for treatment.
