Bhubaneswar, August 25: The State Government on Tuesday carried out an administrative reshuffle, transferring seven IAS officers. The changes include a reallocation of responsibilities among senior Additional Secretary and Director-level officials.

According to a General Administration and Public Grievances Department notification, Sanjay Kumar Biswal, IAS (NSCS-2015), who was serving as the Additional Secretary to the Government in the Commerce & Transport Department has been appointed as Director, Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department.

Secondary Education Director Birendra Korkora, IAS (SCS-2014), has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Home Department.

Similarly, Aradhana Das, IAS (SCS-2014), currently posted as the Additional Secretary to the Government in the Home Department has been appointed as Additional Secretary to the Government in Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department.

Jugaleswari Dash, IAS(SCS-2015), Director, OBC has been posted as the new Director, Secondary Education while Archana Das Pattanaik, IAS(SCS-2015), Additional Secretary to the Government in Excise Department has been made new AYUSH Director.

While Anjana Panda, IAS (SCS-2015), Director, AYUSH has been transferred as Additional Secretary in the Excise Department, Sundara Madhaba Padhi, IAS (NSCS-2020), who is currently serving as the Deputy Secretary in the Works Department has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer, Odisha Maritime Board.

Padhi was also allowed to remain in additional charge of General Manager, Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC).
