​​​​​​​Cuttack, Sept 16: Popular Odia actor Buddhaditya Mohanty was hospitalized on Tuesday due to health complications from a respiratory infection.

As per reports, he has been suffering from a lung infection, along with cold and fever symptoms.

Initially, he was under home care and self-treatment. But his condition did not improve, following which he was admitted to a private hospiatl in Cuttack.

It is worth noting that Buddhaditya Mohanty is not just a household name in Ollywood; he is also a familiar face in the Hindi television industry.

He began his career with Hindi daily soaps before gradually making his mark in Odia cinema, where he rose to prominence. His appearance in the popular Odia reality show Sadhaba Bohu endeared him to audiences across the state.

With standout performances in films like Nandini I Love You, Prema Rogi, and Pagala Karichi Paunji Tora, Buddhaditya has firmly established himself as one of the leading stars of the Odia film industry.
