Bhubaneswar, June 17: The Mayurbhanj district administration has barred media personnel from entering Pahadpur village on June 20, citing stringent security arrangements for the proposed visit of President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
PM Modi will visit President Murmu's in-laws' village of Pahadpur in Mayurbhanj district on June 20.
In an official communication issued by the District Information and Public Relations Officer (DI&PRO), reporters from both print and electronic media have been instructed not to proceed to Pahadpur during the VVIP visit.
