The schedule for seat allotment rounds, admission timelines, and the start of first-year classes will be announced separately by the Higher Education Department.
SEBC Reservation: The Odisha Government has approved the implementation of 11.25% reservation for candidates from the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) in undergraduate admissions to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) under the Higher Education Department. Applicants from the SEBC category are advised to obtain a valid SEBC certificate from the competent authority and be ready to submit it during the admission process.
B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. Admissions: In accordance with the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the Four-Year Integrated B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. programs will be available for the academic session 2025-26 in all participating HEIs, except Maharaja Purna Chandra Autonomous College, Baripada. Applicants who have already submitted their CAF may select these programs during the CAF editing period.
CAF Editing & Marks Update: Applicants who selected the “Appeared” option and submitted the CAF can now update their +2/equivalent marks within the revised timeline. For students under the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), marks will be automatically populated in the CAF based on the CHSE result database. Applicants from other educational boards will need to manually enter their marks in the provided fields.
