Bhubaneswar, Sept 25: Today marks the fourth day of the Monsoon Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly. Like the previous three days, the House is expected to witness heated exchanges, with the Opposition BJD and Congress likely to raise the MMDAR issue and target the state government. The issue could once again lead to disruptions and an adjournment of the House.

Meanwhile, Question Hour is scheduled to cover several key departments. Questions will be taken up on the Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department; ST & SC Development and Minority & Backward Classes Welfare; Odia Language, Literature and Culture; Skill Development and Technical Education; School and Mass Education; Higher Education; Sports and Youth Services; and the Industries Department.

The proceedings are expected to remain closely watched as the government responds to questions on these important sectors.
