Bhubaneswar, June 30:
OAS officer Mirdha Toppo has been appointed as the Special Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi
, according to a notification issued by the Odisha General Administration & Public Grievance Department today.
Toppo, who was previously serving as the Project Director of the District Urban Development Agency (DUDA) in Keonjhar, will now be stepping into his new role in the Chief Minister’s office.
